What will you receive during the Real Estate Investing Workshop?
Market research model and estimation of its potential to determine whether flipping in a given market (in a given location) will be profitable.
Investment Success Formula, which will allow you to evaluate the property and calculate all the necessary components so that you can be confident in your decision when purchasing
Description of a model property, i.e. 60 features of a property for flipping, thanks to which you will see what kind of property you should be looking for.
Analysis of the forms of conducting business in flipping and various forms of taxation of profits from conducted flips.
Contract package, including: preliminary contract, sales contract, purchase contract, purchase contract with assignment, and information on how to evaluate contracts, e.g. by searching for unfavorable provisions.
Apartment renovation plan, methods of hiring and settling the renovation team, budgeting the renovation, information on what building materials to use (plaster, paint, doors, windows, flooring, etc.), examples of specific materials with price range.
Recipe for preparing an apartment for sale, home staging principles, good selling practices, examples of good photos and sales advertisements, telephone conversations and meetings schedule

- Contracts (preliminary agreement, sales agreements, purchase agreements, purchase agreements with assignment. You will learn how to efficiently evaluate each contract, for example by spotting unfavorable clauses.
- Property evaluation mechanism and profit calculation on a flip

- You will evaluate a property and precisely calculate all the necessary components so that when purchasing you can be absolutely certain you are making a well-thought-out decision that generates a satisfactory profit.

- You will gain the skill of creating effective listing content and learn where to publish it, how to take attractive photos, and many other valuable tips. You will also gain access to well-written sample listings.
- Script for phone conversations and then direct meetings with potential buyers.
- Information on how to settle accounts with the tax office, e.g., when running a company or sole proprietorship.
- You will learn the legal and tax aspects necessary when flipping to ensure that your actions are fully compliant with the law.
- You will safely carry out transactions, minimizing risk and maximizing profits.

Part 1 –
Online knowledge
In Part 1, you’ll begin your education through an online recording platform. In most of the recordings, Wojciech Orzechowski works with a novice investor who’s completing their first flip. This will allow you to gain both basic and advanced knowledge about flipping and more effectively complete the subsequent stages of the training program. Remember, you can always return to the recordings during WIWN® to refresh your knowledge. We recommend that you also begin conducting market research in the field while you’re working through the material.

Part 2 – Stationary workshops
In Part 2, you’ll come to Łódź to work on in-person workshops. It’s worth seeing a few apartments in person before this stage. In-person workshops provide a chance to deepen your knowledge and establish direct contacts with other participants and the trainers. During these two days, you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you don’t yet know the answers to. The workshops are held every two months, so you don’t have to choose a date that works for you. You can easily choose a workshop date after completing the online material.
