WIWN® Real Estate Investing Workshops

(Online learning + 2 days in-person + mentoring)

Comprehensive knowledge about flipping.
Gain a strong foundation and practical experience to successfully start investing in real estate.

  • 30 hours of online videos with theory explaining everything related to investing, i.e.: learning to count, real estate valuation and legal aspects, all on the VOD platform + notes + texts + homework that Wojciech checks.
  • 2 days of stationary workshops in Łódź
  • Mentoring – up to 20 hours of online/telephone support – conversations with Wojciech.
  • Access to the WIWN® community, currently over 2,200 people.
  • Support from specialists: lawyer, accountant, loan advisor, architect.
  • Discount on apartment design service.
  • Support and conversations with the regional leader in the region.
 
Mentoring lasts up to 12 months, depending on the pace set by the participant. After viewing the videos and completing the in-person workshops, the participant is already in the field to select and purchase their first property.
